Woods Cycle Country / Woods Indian Motorcycle SMS Follow-Up Terms of Service

Woods Cycle Country LP d/b/a Woods Cycle Country and Woods Indian Motorcycle (collectively, “Woods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates one or more mobile messaging programs (the “Program”) subject to these SMS Follow-Up Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”). Our collection and use of personal information is also subject to our applicable Privacy Policy or Privacy Policies. By enrolling, signing up, opting in, requesting information, scheduling service, submitting a lead form, beginning a purchase or service transaction, or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.

Program Description
Woods may send you SMS or MMS text messages relating to your relationship or potential relationship with Woods, including, as applicable, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, quote follow-up, purchase or trade-in follow-up, financing follow-up, service updates, parts updates, order updates, customer care communications, account-related communications, and, where you have provided the required consent, promotional or marketing messages regarding products, events, offers, or dealership updates.
Messages may be sent using an automated system or other technology. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us, your requests, and the type of communication you choose to receive.
We do not charge you for messages sent through the Program, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number to Woods and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Woods Cycle Country LP d/b/a Woods Cycle Country and/or Woods Indian Motorcycle at the number you provided, including recurring text messages, using automated technology where permitted by law.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.

After we receive your STOP request, we may send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should no longer receive further marketing text messages from that program, although we may still send transactional messages as permitted by law in connection with an active transaction, appointment, or service matter unless you request otherwise and applicable law requires those messages to stop as well.
